JCL - Directors

J Clegg Lettings has recently been set up off the back of the directors personal portfolio. We are a small family run business; Martin Clegg has some 20 years experience in rented property as a private landlord. Jonathan, Martin's son has set up a letting agency to manage their ever increasing personal portfolio and to provide a quality service to other landlords through the experience they have generated over the years.

Jonathan has been investing in and managing rental properties since the age of 19, now at 27 with a very successful eight years behind him, he has decided to share his knowledge for the benefit of other investors in the Southampton area.

JCL specialise in renting rooms to young professionals in the Southampton area, and pride ourselves on providing a high quality of shared accommodation. We manage a variety of property from individual rooms within shared houses, to studio flats. We are always keen to expand the number of properties we manage, as we have a constant supply of tenants.
