Whilst recently house prices have nose dived, rental income has not dropped by the same amount, this combined with the record low interest rates mean landlords who do not stretch themselves too far are reaping the rewards.

We never invest in a property that is going to require the investor to supplement the mortgage, quite the contrary we only focus on properties that generate a reasonable monthly income. To most buy to let investors this would seem an impossible return but by being selective on the property type, location and the all important purchase price, high returns are still possible.
