1. All of our staff wear smart branded polo shirts, this is to improve brand awareness, help tenants easily identify us when we approach and to establish a more honest, friendly connection with prospective and current tenants.


2. We believe in quality information to help sell or rent proeprties. We aim to take two photographs of every room where possible to show all angles of the room.


3. If anything goes wrong with the property, one of our experienced team visits the property initially to confirm the issue is not something easily resolved by an experienced eye. E.g checking boiler controls, tripped switches on fuse board etc. They then decide what action or tradesperson is best suited to quote for the job, Upon landlords approval work will commence as soon as possible.


4. Each tenant must undergo a tenant reference check which is carried out by an external company who assess the suitability of the proposed tenant based on income, length of time at job, previous rental history etc.


5. It is our standard policy to take a deposit to the value of six weeks rent off each tenant to ensure maximum protection for you the landlord. Obtaining a holding deposit if the contract is not due to start imminently.
