We specialise in renting individual shared rooms to young professionals in shared houses, we are able to offer short initial terms of a minumium of 3 months which then proceed onto a rolling contract with a six week notice period.

We also have a variety of 1,2 and three bedroom flats and houses in and around Southampton which are available on more conventional contract terms.

Our standard terms are to obtain a six week deposit from all tenants on the day contracts are signed or receive a bank transfer with funds having cleared before signing the contract. We also require the first months rent at this point.

We are happy to start the contract on any day of the month with the rent being due by this date every month.

It is also standard policy to use a company called the NLA for tenant checking all tenants before signing contracts, they check employement contract duration and salary, previous renting history obtaining references.

We generally do not allow the keeping of pets in any of our propertyies although with the consent of the landlord some pets are sometimes allowed.

If you have previously rented from us and now moved out and need your deposit to be repaid please click HERE.. To Repay your deposit you will need information from the email or letter the DPS sent you when you first moved in. If you have lost this information then please follow the link and contact the DPS as they will be able to talk you through the process.

You will also need to provide us with a forwarding address for yourself for us to be able to complete our side of the deposit repayment.
